Now everyone is an HBCU expert
Over the past few months as the election rhetoric has geared up, Twitter has been the tool used to debate how well the President has served HBCUs. The challenge has been that folks who can’t spell HBCU now proclaim “facts” that are wildly incorrect, misleading, and outright lies. The challenge is that HBCUs don’t have a platform large enough to provide factual information.
For any administration, HBCUs usually get wins and losses. The same is true for this one as well. But the nature of this presidency is one of useful hyperbole- exaggerating the truth in order to present a more favorable view. So over the past few months I have provided some detail threads, linked to original sources, to provide a fair narrative for the past 3 1/2 years. The following links are for each of those threads.
