Look, if TODAY says this story is one of the 12 best birth stories of 2022…
… and they list it FIRST, you know it has to be a great story. This was always my top story of the year and one of the most memorable moments of 2022. It was a great way to end my tenure at Dillard University as well.
Jada posted this tweet after we came to the hospital to deliver the degree since she missed the ceremony the day before. And before you knew it we were getting calls from all kinds of media. It was just a confirmation that people are hungry for feel good stories, and we should use social media more to share those stories rather than some of the toxic mess which dominates the platform.
I have shared a few of the stories below, but this was definitely the top moment for me of 2022.
